The lantern or cupola on the roof of the County Hall (now a museum) at Abingdon-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.It carries a weather-vane on the top and provides access to the roof for visitors to the museum. Abingdon was situated in the county of Berkshire, but under  local government re-organisation in 1974 it was transferred to Oxfordshire.
