Scene of crime officer applies magnetic fingerprint powder to a polystyrene surface, which is usually very difficult to retrieve good prints from. The 'powder',  a collection of organically treated iron flakes, sticks to the greasy residue in the fingermark and gives an excellent result on difficult surfaces.
